MHC produces several plans and reports and each year. All documents are available to the public, though limited numbers are printed to reduce cost and waste.
Produced every five years, the college’s Strategic Plan is produced with community and stakeholder input to provide long-term direction for the organization. The strategic plan is used as a guide for all annual plans produced at MHC. The document is developed by college administration and approved by the Board of Governors.

The Comprehensive Institutional Plan (CIP) serves as and replaces the annual Business Plan and Institutional Access Plan.
