MHC Libraries 

The libraries at both the Medicine Hat and Brooks locations welcome alumni members to receive community memberships at no charge. This allows access to a collection of over 100,000 books and audio visual items on a wide range of topics. Community members may also borrow from the collection of magazines, journals, and paperbacks.

Alumni members are also welcome to visit the libraries to use the excellent resources that are available electronically, including database collections of thousands of authoritative journal articles, electronic books and journals, and e-book readers. Computers and printers are available at both locations and both libraries have wireless connections with laptops for use within the library.

Other resources that are available at the libraries include photocopiers (both in colour and black and white); microreaders and back collections of the Medicine Hat News on microfilm; a collection of music CDs and popular titles in both DVD and print; and bright, comfortable surroundings with furniture for both study and relaxation purposes.
