Class Descriptions Cardio Mix - Sure to get your heart pump-in! Enjoy a variety of cardio and toning intervals.
Turbo Kick® - Turbo Kick® mixes kick boxing and simple dance moves with music that makes you want to move it! Be ready for high paced intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training a mind/body like cool-down.
Happy Hour Yoga - Break up the mid day blues with a yoga boost! Come find the edge you’ve been looking for with this traditional yoga class. Beginner and intermediate yogis welcome.
Zumba® - Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba® program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.
Power Yoga - This is an intermediate yoga class - the poses are intense and the combinations of poses will be challenging. This class is a vinyasa flow style series that has very little rest time.
F.I.T. (Fun Interval Training) - This class is designed to produce results. By increasing your strength and decreasing stress you will shed those extra pounds.
Hip Hope Hustle - Burn, baby, burn those calories with easy-to-learn dance steps! This class feels more like a night on the town than exercise.
Qi Gong - This internal Chinese practice has the capacity to relieve stress, boost the immune,, respiratory and cardiovascular systems, and increase’s the body’s innate healing abilities.
