Fitness Classes

Classes start Sept. 20
Fall fitness classes will start the week of September 20 and are free for all students and employees so come out and take advantage of this great opportunity to get in shape. With classes for Yoga, Pilates, Qu Gong, Cardio and Hip Hop, there's something for everyone!
