The Medicine Hat College Ecotourism and Outdoor Leadership Program is based on the principles of experiential education - learning by doing - where students become part of a collaborative community setting.  There are two study options, a two year diploma program and a four year degree option.  MHC was the first in the country to develop a four year degree program that emphasizes the best practices of sustainalble tourism.
