Jo-Anne combines a science background with recent experience as both a natural history interpreter and an interpretive trainer. Her past experience includes work as an endangered species biologist and field researcher. She is equally comfortable in a biology lab, paddling a canoe, climbing a rock face, hiking a trail in search of wildflowers, or speaking in front of a group of tourists.

Russell’s background is in outdoor & leadership training, the eco & adventure industry, management and leadership of college, university and municipal recreation programs. His experience includes variety of mountaineering adventures, play ecotourism, youth recreation programming, community amateur sport coaching, and outdoor small business planning development.
