Strength Training

 

The combination of strength training equipment available allow for a maximum workout of the following muscle groups:

  • Shoulders
  • Chest & Pectorials
  • Quads
  • Hamstrings
  • All Arm muscles
  • Abducts/Aducts
  • Flexion of Hip
  • Calf
  • Back
  • Inner/Outer Thigh

 Available Equipment:

  • Over 20 Strength training stations
  • Free Weights ranging from 1lb to 100lbs
  • Olympic Bar – 45lbs each
  • Easy Curl Bar – 20lbs each
  • Leg Press – 70 lbs without plates
  • 2 Exercise Balls
  • Medicine Ball Rack

Staff at the Be Fit for Life Center are available to provide FREE personal fitness programs.

 
 

Cardio Equipment

 

Helps you manage your weight, reduce stress, lower your blood pressure, control diabetes and reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke.

 

The following equipment is available.

·        3 Treadmills

·        2 Elipticals

·        2 Steppers

·        2 Exercise Bikes

·        1 Recumbant Bike

 

There is also a Daily Sign-Up board for peak periods.
