Strength Training

The combination of strength training equipment available

allow for a maximum workout of the following muscle

groups:

  • Shoulders
  • Chest & Pectorials
  • Quads
  • Hamstrings
  • All Arm Muscles
  • Abducts/Aducts
  • Flexion of Hip
  • Calf
  • Back
  • Inner/Outer Thigh

Available Equipment:

  • Over 20 Strength training sessions
  • Free Weights ranging from 1 lb to 100 lbs
  • Olympic Bar - 45 lbs each
  • Easy Curl Bar - 20 lbs each
  • Leg Press - 70 lbs without plates
  • 2 Exercise Balls
  • Medicine Ball Rack

Cardio Equipment

Helps you manage your weight, reduce stress, lower

your blood pressure, control diabetes and reduce your

risk of heart disease and stroke

 

The following equipment is available:

  • 3 Treadmills
  • 2 Elipticals (Currently Unavailable)
  • 2 Steppers
  • 2 Exercise Bikes
  • 1 Recumbant Bike

 

There is also a Daily Sign-Up board for peak periods.

 

Remember to choose an activity you like when you first

get started, and start slow...it won't take long to build

up your intensity and time, and it will reduce your risk

of injury.
