I am a Master’s-level counsellor with three years of counselling experience in diverse settings. Post-secondary life often presents students with new demands, pressures, and transitions that can be difficult to cope with. As a counsellor, I strive to create a safe place where students may share concerns without fear of judgement. I draw upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and mindfulness strategies, to assist students in identifying and meeting their goals for personal development. I am truly privileged to get to know students, to witness and support them as they navigate change, and to be reminded about the incredible resilience of individuals every day.
