Medicine Hat College’s School of Health & Community Services is seeking a full-time Student Placement Officer to join our team.
A little about the role:
The primary area of responsibility for this position is to provide coordination of practicum and preceptorship placements for students from various programs across the School of Health & Community Services by acting as a liaison between the college and external agencies, organizations, and health regions.
Details:
- An undergraduate University Degree in a related field OR an equivalent combination of related post-secondary education and work experience.
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in a related field.
- Interpersonal and communication skills to advise students and provide information.
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative partnerships.
- Knowledge of post-secondary system specifically in Work Integrated Learning.
- Valid driver’s license.
Salary Range: $62,143 - $73,384 per annum
