Information Technology Services (ITS)
The Information Technology Services department is responsible for all aspects of computer technology at Medicine Hat College. If you need assistance or want to report a technology problem, please contact the IT Call Centre by:

• Calling local 3899 or 403.529.3899
• Sending an email to callcentre@mhc.ab.ca
• Visiting IT Services in B223 (follow the signs to 'IT Services')

The IT Services Department is open Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. 

Educational Technology Support (ETS)
Educational Technology Support Services is a faculty and staff support department that leads the development of technology enhanced distance learning courses and programs, manages and advances the use of the Blackboard system, and trains and supports instructors in using Blackboard and other educational technology tools at MHC.

Contact ETS for information on designing DL courses, using the Blackboard LMS, video and photography used in the delivery of courses, or anything else related to the use of technology in course delivery. Personal or small group training is also available.

The ETS Office is located in Room T220.
