Transcript Request
An official Medicine Hat College transcript lists the courses, grades and credentials that a student has earned through any credit program at MHC.
Medicine Hat College uses the MyCreds™ platform for secure issuing, exchange, and verification of official digital documents including transcripts. Students requesting an official transcript are sent link to log into MyCreds and create an account. Students are responsible for sharing their transcript with the institution/organization or recipient of choice. There is a fee to be paid online through MyCreds each time the transcript is shared.

- Current Students
- Unofficial pdf transcripts are available on the Student Portal under 'Quick Links'.
- For official transcripts, please complete the Send My Transcript form on the Student Dashboard
- Previous Students - complete the Transcript Request Form on the Medicine Hat College website here.
- Please return this completed and signed request to transcripts@mhc.ab.ca.
- Digital & typed signatures will only be accepted if the request is received from the students’ mymhc email.
- Students will be emailed when the request has been processed and provided further instructions if necessary.
Printed Transcripts
Printed official transcripts are available for a fee, which must be received prior to the request being processed.
Graduate Notations
If students require an official transcript to be sent after the diploma or certificate notation is added, it must be indicated on the request form. Transcripts requiring the notation will be sent approximately 4-6 weeks after the last day of the final semester. No refunds will be issued for transcripts requested prior to official grades being posted.
