Mental Health & Counselling

MHC’s team of professionals provide a wide range of on-campus services to meet the diverse needs of MHC students. Services include one-on-one counselling, group counselling, mental health programming, workshops and certificates.  


Need support now? If you are in distress outside of college hours please call the distress centre at 1.403.266.HELP (4357), or access one of the resources below. If it is an emergency, please call 911.

My name is Precious. I am originally from Nigeria but currently live in Brooks, Alberta. I am a first-year practical nursing student. As a peer support, I am passionate about building a supportive community among students. I enjoy cooking and trying new foods.
