Roberta Rogers, Student Support Specialist, Brooks Campus
Roberta Rogers started a second career serving students at the Brooks Campus in 2017. For the last 8 years she has been a coach, mentor, and strong supporter of students embarking on a new learning journey, whether they are newly graduated from high school or returning to learn after some time away.
Her primary duties focus on fostering a sense of belonging in the college community and helping to address any personal issues that may be getting in the way of students engaging fully in their studies.
Roberta has had a previously long career in the addictions and mental health field. She is a certified Addiction Counsellor, Registered Social Worker and holds a Masters Degree in Adult and Community Education.
