- Grade 12 Examination Board Results
Central Board of Secondary Education results can be verified online back to 2004, an admit card will be required to verify the results online. Students should e-mail their grade 12 school board results and admit cards to admissions@mhc.ab.ca.
Other school boards do offer online verification, but those results tend to be limited to the new year and previous year’s results.
The Admissions Officer will do their best to verify results online. If they are unable to do so, the student will need to arrange for official transcripts to be sent from their schoolboard directly to Admissions. Email is preferred. Transcripts are not considered official when submitted by the student or agent.
Most transcripts from India show a percentage between 0-100, a passing grade in Alberta is 50%. Some school boards may use a 0–200 scale or have core classes such as English use a 0–75 or even 0–150 scale. In those instances, the grade will be converted to a standard 0–100 scale.
Courses on the grade 12 school board results equate to the academic stream in Alberta. English and Math will equate to the 30-1 stream in Alberta. All science courses will equate to 30- Levels.
For the Business Administration Diploma Program ONLY, we will use Accountancy or Economics in place of Math.
