Performance Management


In this program, participants learn how to perform the role of an appraiser and as a coach who needs to effectively communicate and interact with employees, co-workers, team members or others to provide feedback to them. Participants learn how to ask the right questions, help employees to set goals and targets, how to motivate them, how to deliver difficult messages and in short how to help them to increase their productivity.

Learners leave with the tools and skills to implement Performance Management the next day.

There are no formal academic requirements for this program.

This certificate program is three days in length with a total of 21 hours.
