Medicine Hat College’s Information Technology Services department is seeking a regular, full-time Development Team Lead.
A little about the role:
Reporting to the Manager, Development & Enterprise Applications, the Development Team Lead will be responsible for hiring, evaluations, performance management, task assignments as well as supporting the Development Team’s tasks of researching, business analysis, planning, project management, architecting, engineering, analysis, and support of all system integrations, automations, software development, process development and database development related to college enterprise, and database structures/systems.
The annual salary for this position is currently under review.
Details:
- 4 year Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5 years related experience as a Developer
- Team leadership experience
- Software development experience (both web and non-web based) Database development experience
- Analyst experience
- A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Database certifications (such as SQL Server, Oracle)
- MS and/or Azure Developer Certifications
