Medicine Hat College invites applications for a regular, full-time Building Service Worker (Building Service Worker II).
A little about the role:
Reporting to the Manager, Facility Services the main area of responsibility of the Building Service Worker II is to perform day porter and project cleaning duties around the college’s sites and facilities, provide support for college activities and events (including set-up and take-downs), and some minor maintenance.
Details:
- High school diploma
- One year of related experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Knowledge and experience in standard cleaning routines and event set up
- Knowledge of safe work practices as specified in job hazard assessment
- Interpersonal skills required to communicate with supervisor for direction and work routines
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
Wage Rate: $16.99 per hour (Start Rate); $18.48 per hour (Job Rate)
