Medicine Hat College is seeking a Policy, FOIP, and Records Management Assistant in the area of Policy & Compliance. This temporary part-time appointment will start as soon as possible with an end date of June 30, 2022.

Reporting to the Manager, Policy & Compliance the primary areas of responsibility for this position are to support the Manager by assisting with FOIP and records management functions and performing policy and human rights related tasks in collaboration with the Manager. This includes research, data analysis, and various administrative support tasks such as document editing, formatting, and control.



  • Diploma in Business Administration or related
  • Two years of related experience
  • An equivalent combination of related education and experience may be considered
  • Experience in post-secondary education is preferred
  • Knowledge of FOIP legislation, records management, and policy development


Terms of Employment

Hours of Work:
24.5 hours per week
Wage:   $22.91 (Start Rate); $26.04 (Job Rate)
