Day 1: AWARENESS IS KEY
- Introduction to program – Starts with You
- Group Coaching session to discuss challenges individuals face in current role
- Open the Conversation about difficult personalities
- Set preliminary goals to achieve
- Develop a Learning Journey Plan - Goal Setting, Goal Achieving, Accountability
- Activity: Set learning goals and build learning journey
Day 2: EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION - UNDERSTANDING PEOPLE
- Understanding Personality - introduction to a personality method; True Colors
- Identifying how personality types influence communication, conflict development and its resolution.
- Recognize motivations behind difficult behaviours
- Learn a simple and effective method to understand & relate to others
- Gain tools to communicate to bridge differences
- Learn the connection between personality & stress
- Identify stressors in you and others; the cues associated with stress
- Learn what you can do to effectively manage stress for yourself and others
- Activities built into program
Day 3: COMMUNICATION SKILL BUILDING - “GET CURIOUS, NOT FURIOUS”
- Recognize the positive intent hidden behind so-called “negative” or "difficult” behavior to communicate for a win-win result
- Discover effective tools for dealing with difficult people
- Effectively engage in difficult and delicate conversations (personal hygiene, professionalism, etc.)
- Use one of the most powerful communication skills of all—listening, to identify miscommunication and ask curious questions to avoid making assumptions, generalizations and filling in communication gaps
- Determine how to respond in ways that motivate and bridge communication
- Enjoy the benefits of less emotional drain and frustration and increase your time, energy and everyday effectiveness by using these communication skills

Day 4: ATTITUDE/TEAM ACCOUNTABILITY
- Activity: Information Pipeline
- Critical accountability principles; character, competence, commitment, consistency cohesion
- Positive attitude is the difference maker in team accountability
- Initiate action on strategy for accountability
