The gymnasium -- known as the “Snake Pit” when the Rattlers compete--is equipped for basketball, volleyball, and badminton. In its sporting role, the facility is also used for open recreation and fitness testing.
The space is also used to host events like convocation and large meetings and conventions. Students have access to the gym on a drop-in basis; just check the schedule with staff in the Weight Room.
The weight room offers students and employees a great venue for strength and cardio training. Rattlers make use of the facility, of course, as do fitness classes. Users must show college ID, dress appropriately, and follow posted rules and instructions from staff. The Equipment Room inside the Weight Room will lend you balls, rackets, birdies and offer advice and instruction.
