Medicine Hat College’s School of Arts, Science, and Education invites applications for part-time Instructor in Kinesiology to teach Fall 2025 and the Winter 2026 semesters.
A little about the role:
The primary workload will include instructing onsite and online lectures and labs in courses that may include but are not limited to:
- Human Anatomy
- Functional Anatomy
- Motor Skill Acquisition and Performance
- Principles and Concepts of Physical Activity
- Growth and Development
- Introduction to Wellness, Fitness, and Nutrition
- History and Philosophies of Physical Education, Recreation, and Sport
As part of the Kinesiology faculty, the successful candidate must be committed to providing quality and engaging learning experiences to students, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have the ability to work on a team.

- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology or related field
- Willingness to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that focuses on student success and has a positive, appreciative and enthusiastic personality
- Strong communication skills and computer literacy
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
