Medicine Hat College’s School of Health & Community Services invites applications for a Full-Time Term Certain position in our collaborative Bachelor of Science Nursing degree program with the University of Calgary that will commence July 1, 2026, with anticipated end date of June 30, 2027. In-person at our Medicine Hat Campus.
A little about the role:
The successful candidate will be required to engage in all the professional responsibilities of Full-Time faculty and contribute to an environment that fosters the success of the college and our students.
Details:
• A Master’s Degree in nursing is preferred
• 5 years of full-time nursing practice as a Registered Nurse
• An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
• Current or immediate eligibility for CRNA registration and a member in good standing
• Recent or current nursing experience in medical/surgical nursing,
• Prior teaching experience preferred with the ability to incorporate theory into practice if preferred
• Willingness to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that focuses on student success and has a positive, appreciative and enthusiastic personality
• Strong communication skills and computer literacy
