The Registrar’s Office of Medicine Hat College is welcoming internal applications for a full-time, regular Coordinator, Admissions & Recruitment.
A little about the role:
The primary function of this position is to provide daily operational leadership to the Admissions and Recruitment areas of Medicine Hat College. This includes management of staff, monitoring procedures and workflows, developing/monitoring communications, making recommendations and implementing opportunities to enhance services. The position acts in an advisory capacity to support academic units form data driven decisions on admissions criteria and recruitment planning and ensures the integrity of student admissions.
Details:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR a combination of related education and work experience
- Three years’ related work experience in a post-Secondary environment including policy interpretation and familiarity with academic programs and processes.
- Previous experience in a recruitment or admissions area preferred.
- Supervisory experience required
- Ability to speak in front of large groups
Salary Range: $81,324 - $94,216
