Medicine Hat College is welcoming applications for a full-time, regular Transfer Services & Financial Aid Assistant (Office Assistant IV).
A little about the role:
This position provides front-line support to students on matters relating to transfer services and financial aid. The role involves guiding students through processes related to transferring credits from other post-secondary institutions and funding their education while ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory policies. The Assistant maintains accurate records, processes documentation, and offers referrals for more complex issues, serving as a critical link between students and specialized personnel.
Details:
- Administrative Office Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of related administrative/office experience.
- An equivalent combination of related education and experience will be considered.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer applications and systems
Hours: 35 hours per week
