Began teaching at MHC: 2007
Stephanie Nowaczyk blends creativity, energy, and curiosity in her teaching, creating a space where students feel supported to explore, question, and grow. She is passionate about hands-on learning which helps to build confidence, encourage critical thinking, and inspire students to discover their full potential.
Her dedication and commitment have been recognized with the 2023 Nurse Educator Award from the Alberta Nursing Education Administrators. She has also authored a research project scheduled for publication in the Journal of Practical Nurse Education and Practice. Her current research focuses on exploring and enhancing leadership within practical nursing education.
Stephanie enjoys spending time outdoors year-round, especially skiing, water sports, and traveling with her family.
