Began teaching at MHC: 2022

My goal when providing POWE instruction is to focus on employability skills for new Power Engineers. In this industry, it is one challenge to become certified, however, it is an entirely different challenge to learn the skills required to be capable to complete tasks day to day in the industry. Although my standards are high, the skills that a student learns to get to that standard will follow them through their career. I enjoy allowing students to make their own decisions that provide learning lessons for them. This turns into a situation where they will learn from their own mistakes.
