Digital Design & Presentation

This course builds technician competencies in digital communication and technical project workflows. Topics include field data/measurement collection, contract administration, health & safety practices, translation of field data into projects, animation, rending of 3D models, and design presentation to enhance visual communication. Applications such as Photoshop, Autodesk Revit, and Realtime Rendering, are used to produce presentation graphics to support schematic design, conceptual models, and as-built records.
Emphasis is placed on problem-solving, communication of technical information, and integration of building and civil project workflow principles.
