Rehabilitation Process
Continuation of the introduction to client care practices, procedures and processes in rehabilitation. Fundamental knowledge and skills, including monitoring client health, ethics, disability awareness, helping relationships, challenging behaviours, and teaching fundamentals. Additional topics such as body mechanics, positioning, client instruction, group work, and administrative activities, prepare the occupational therapist assistant/physical therapist assistant and speech-language pathologist assistant for the clinical role.
