Medicine Hat College invites applications for a full-time regular facility maintenance generalist – Team Lead at our Medicine Hat campus.
Details:
- Certificate/diploma in management/leadership or other applicable subject area is an asset.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of related building maintenance experience and skilled in the safe use of tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of applicable code/legislation/regulations/policies/procedures and ability to apply legislation/regulations/policies/procedures.
- Knowledge of trades related to facility maintenance and repair, a variety of maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Knowledge and skill of machinery, equipment, and tools necessary for the performance of job duties, occupational hazards and safety precautions.
Wage Rate: $30.90 per hour (Start Rate); $34.54 per hour (Job Rate)
