Medicine Hat College welcomes applications for a part-time, regular Registration and Records Assistant (Student Services Assistant II) in the Registration Services department of the Registrar’s Office.
A little about the role:
Reporting to the Coordinator, Registration & Records, the primary area of responsibility for this position is to receive and input student applications and registrations, answer and respond to the College telephone, in-person and email inquiries. The position provides general information regarding the College Calendar, activities, facilities, courses, programs, fees and admission/registration procedures to students and the general public. Specific responsibilities for student honours/probation, graduation and credential verification are included in this role.Details:
- Administrative Office or Information Technology Certificate or equivalent.
- Two (2) years related office experience.
- Experience with significantly detailed and accurate data entry work and computer database systems.
- An equivalent combination of related education and experience may be considered.
- The successful candidate will be organized, accurate and a team player.
Hours: 20 hours per week
Wage Rate: $25.74 per hour (Start Rate); $29.25 per hour (Job Rate)
