Began teaching at MHC: 2025

Krista has been a Registered Nurse for 25 years, with experience in Acute Care, Long-Term Care, and Primary Care before joining Medicine Hat College. Teaching has been one of Krista's lifelong passions, and she is deeply committed to mentoring with patience, compassion, and encouragement.

A strong advocate for the nursing profession, Krista has found fulfillment in every area of practice throughout her career. Having the opportunity to teach and inspire future nurses has been one of her most rewarding experiences. Students can expect an instructor who brings the same enthusiasm and dedication to the classroom that she had when she first entered the profession.

When not teaching, Krista can likely be found baking or cooking for her family and friends.
