Office Communications II

Students build on foundational communication skills with a focus on strategic, persuasive, and professional workplace communication. Emphasis is placed on applying business terminology, preparing reports, proposals, and presentations, and developing professional strategies for job interviews as well as for working effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Students also practice professional correspondence, persuasive writing, and presenting information in both written and digital formats.

  • Prerequisite: A minimum of a C grade in APRO 125
