Project Management
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to describe
the essential processes, terminology, and issues involved in project
management as well as be able to describe strategies and techniques
used in effective project management. Students will be able to Initiate,
plan, execute, monitor and control, and close out the work of a
team to achieve specific outcomes. Students will be able to explain
the project life cycle, illustrate project management’s relationship to
the strategic planning and need for business acumen, and describe
the essential role of a project manager as a leader of people within
complex and evolving situations.
