Criminology

Criminology is the search for, and explanation of, general patterns characterizing the socially unacceptable and/or law-breaking behavior of individuals. This course is an introduction
to the sociological study of crime and critical appraisal of theoretical explanations and methods of conducting research.
NOTE: Students cannot receive credit for both SOCI 225 and SLGY 2229.
