This series of 4, one-day courses will help you learn to build positive 
relationships, turn negative situations into win-win, learn tools and 
techniques that allow you to effectively deal with negative or stressful 
situations, and assist you in learning how to communicate more 
successfully in any situation. 

These courses allow you to develop your skills in a safe environment 
and provide you with numerous practical tools and techniques that you 
can begin using immediately to create successful outcomes

Designed for success in any field, this program includes 4 courses designed to improve your interpersonal skills. Our expert instructor brings real-world experience to each course, covering verbal and nonverbal communication, empathy, assertiveness, active listening, conflict resolution, and effective feedback.

You have the option to take the full certificate or take individual courses to build the skills you need most.

Course 1: CONFLICT RESOLUTION AND NEGOTIATION

  • This course explores practical conflict resolution strategies. Learn essential tools to navigate conflicts, achieve win-win outcomes, and preserve positive connections. This course covers conflict understanding, effective communication strategies, empathetic resolution, and relationship preservation, suitable for individuals and professionals alike. 
  • The course blends interactive lectures, group discussions, and practical exercises for a dynamic learning experience 

Course 2: PRACTICAL & EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

  • This course will help enhance your communication skills and improve both professional and personal relationships. Gain tools for mastering public speaking, leading teams, and everyday conversations. Explore verbal and nonverbal communication nuances, develop active listening, and adapt to diverse situations. Break through common communication barriers and make your voice heard effectively. 

Course 3: DEALING WITH DIFFICULT PEOPLE

  • Acquire essential techniques for handling challenging individuals and achieving positive outcomes in various relationships, from co-workers to supervisors and professional networks. This course offers practical strategies for creating win-win outcomes with anyone, including coping mechanisms and turnaround strategies tailored for highly challenging individuals. Course 4: MANAGING BEHAVIOURS
