How do I add money to my account?
There are two ways.
1. Bring cash to the library service desk.
2. Click on the “Papercut User Portal” icon on a computer desktop (on campus) and add money using a credit card/debit credit.
How do I check my printing account balance?
You can check your printing account balance by clicking on the “Papercut User Portal” icon on a computer desktop (on campus).

Where is the 3D Printer located?
The 3D printer is located within the soft seat area of the library, off to your left when you first enter.
Who can use the 3D printer?
Anyone can use the printer however, the computer is password protected and you need to complete the workshop to acquire the password.
Students/Staff/Faculty: Complete the workshop here through Blackboard. Remember to ENROLL within the course to be able to take the test.
Community Members: Please contact the Library to set up a time to take the workshop.
Is there a charge for using the printer?
No, there is no charge and filament is provided however, since there is no charge, in terms of filament, what you see is what you get. Library staff will not change out the filament to another colour unless the filament has run out completely. This machine is being provided as an educational opportunity.
