BMO Bank of Montreal signs on as title sponsor for the CCAA Women’s Soccer Nationals

BMO Bank of Montreal has committed to being the title sponsor for the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) Women’s Soccer National Championship which is being held on November 5 to 8, 2014, at the Methanex Bowl in Medicine Hat, Alberta.

The nationals, which are hosted by the Medicine Hat College (MHC) Rattlers, will draw teams from across western Canada including Alberta, British Columbia, Quebec, Ontario and the Atlantic provinces.

Terry Ballard, manager of sports and wellness at MHC explains that the college is excited to have BMO on board. “We are thankful for BMO’s generous contribution in making nationals possible. Hosting an event of this scale is not only beneficial to our student athletes but as well a win for the community.”

“We are honoured to partner with Medicine Hat College on this important community soccer initiative,” said Jessica Boyd, Branch Manager, BMO Bank of Montreal. “BMO has a longstanding history of supporting soccer across all levels, including more than 20,000 youth league soccer plays across Canada. We are excited to be the title sponsor for the Women’s Soccer National Championship and are honoured to have students from across Canada come to Alberta. We wish all teams the best of luck.”
